# Recommandations de protection du compte

Comment reconnaître les escrocs et sécuriser l'accès à votre compte.

### Le personnel de Trybit ne demande jamais

* votre mot de passe de compte ;
* des codes d’authentification à deux facteurs (2FA) ;
* d’autres informations de connexion que votre e-mail — par exemple, lors de la vérification de votre identité dans une conversation avec le support.

Le personnel de Trybit ne vous demande jamais non plus d’installer un logiciel d’accès à distance sur votre ordinateur.

### Recommandations générales

* utilisez un mot de passe fort et unique qui ne correspond pas aux mots de passe utilisés pour d’autres services, et modifiez-le environ tous les 3 mois ;
* utilisez un gestionnaire de mots de passe (comme 1Password ou LastPass) au lieu de stocker votre mot de passe dans un navigateur ou sur papier ;
* veillez à activer l’authentification à deux facteurs — plus de détails sur la [page de configuration de l’authentification à deux facteurs](/fr/security/2fa.md);
* utilisez un logiciel antivirus fiable sur l’appareil que vous utilisez pour vous connecter à votre compte.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.trybit.com/fr/security/account-protection.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
