# Requirements and Restrictions

Permitted and prohibited lines of business, terms of using the service.

All users must comply with the [terms of using the Trybit service](https://trybit.com/terms). A new project immediately operates in test mode. Project review begins after submitting a request to exit test mode and takes up to 24 hours. If you're not sure whether your business complies with the service's rules, check with support before connecting.

### What's needed to connect a project

A project will pass review if it meets the requirements below.

#### Platform

* The website is hosted on its own domain and paid hosting. Free website-builder subdomains and free hosting are not accepted. A Telegram bot responds to messages and performs its stated functions.
* The website opens directly, without a redirect to another domain.
* Products, the personal dashboard, and payment are located on the domain specified in the Trybit project. For a different domain, create a separate project.
* All pages, links, buttons, and the payment flow work without errors. Registration and login work, and the personal dashboard is fully functional.

#### Content

* Products or services are real: each one has a description and a price or terms of provision. The website or bot contains no test or incomplete content: demo products, placeholder text, "under construction" pages.
* It's clear from the website or bot what exactly you're selling, and this matches the project description in the Trybit dashboard.

#### Contacts

* Current, working contacts are provided: email, phone number, messengers, a support contact page with a feedback form. The key point is that your customers must be able to call or message you.

#### Documents

* The website or bot provides access to:
 * a privacy policy;
 * terms of service or a public offer;
 * payment and refund terms.

### Possible reasons for rejection

Even if the line of business is permitted, exiting test mode may be denied if:

* the platform doesn't meet technical requirements (the website is hosted on a free subdomain or hosting, is inaccessible, opens through a redirect, or payment/products are on a different domain);
* the project isn't ready (it's under development, contains test or empty content, or pages, buttons, registration, the dashboard, or payment don't work);
* there's insufficient information (no description of products or services, no prices or terms, no contacts);
* required documents are missing (privacy policy, terms of service or public offer, payment and refund terms);
* the line of business can't be determined or doesn't match the project description in the Trybit dashboard;
* signs of fraud are detected, or there's a violation of the service's rules or activity from the prohibited list.

The connection decision is made based on the results of the review. Trybit may decline to connect a project at its own discretion.

### Before submitting your request, check that:

* the website or bot opens without errors and works stably;
* pages, buttons, registration, the dashboard, and the payment flow work;
* products or services are described, with prices or terms specified;
* the website or bot contains no test, empty, or incomplete content;
* current contacts are provided;
* a privacy policy, terms of service or public offer, and payment and refund terms are published;
* the project description in the Trybit dashboard matches what the website or bot actually offers.

### Can I accept payments without a website

Yes — if you don't have a website, you can accept payments via a Telegram bot under the same review conditions as for a website.

### Prohibited lines of business

Trybit does not onboard projects connected with:

* weapons sales;
* narcotic substances;
* viruses and malware;
* bank card data;
* phishing websites;
* fundraising for military purposes;
* financial pyramids;
* darknet markets;
* prohibited video content;
* financing of terrorism;
* money laundering.

If your line of business isn't on the list above but raises doubts — check with the support chat before setting up your project, to avoid spending time on a connection that won't pass review.

### Can the service refuse service or deactivate an account

Yes. Trybit reserves the right to deactivate an account if it determines that the service's rules have been violated, or if complaints from a merchant's customers are received.

We always take responsibility for such decisions and treat them seriously — the service's reputation matters to us just as much as it does to you: Trybit does not support scams or fraudulent schemes of any kind.

That said, we're always open to dialogue. Account deactivation may be temporary — lasting until the disputed matter is resolved: if the situation is clarified and the claims are withdrawn, the account's operation may be resumed.

### Terms of use and privacy policy

By adding a project to Trybit, you agree to the service's terms of use. The terms of service and privacy policy are automatically accepted upon registering with the service — you can review the full texts via the links:

* [Privacy policy](https://trybit.com/privacy-policy)

### Are there any country restrictions

No, Trybit operates worldwide without country restrictions — a project from any country can connect and accept payments.

### Is KYC/KYB verification required

No, identity verification (KYC) is not a mandatory requirement for working with Trybit. The platform operates as a technical solution for accepting cryptocurrency payments — to connect, it's enough to be an individual, regardless of citizenship.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.trybit.com/general-information/connection-requirements.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
