# Registration and Account Access

How to create a Trybit account, recover access if you lose your password or email, and what to do if the confirmation email doesn't arrive.

Your account is the foundation of working with Trybit: it's used to create projects, accept payments, and manage funds. That's why it's important to plan ahead for access: use a current email and a strong password. Trybit does not store passwords and does not restore access manually — all recovery operations are tied to your email.

### How to create an account

To register in your personal dashboard (app.trybit.com), go to the registration link and create an account — using email and password, or by signing in with Google. After registering, confirm your email to get full access to your dashboard.

### How to change or reset your password

If you need to recover a forgotten password — on the login screen, click "Forgot password?" An email with a password reset link will be sent to the specified address; follow it and set a new password.

**Recommendation:** use a unique, strong password and update it periodically — more on account protection on the [Account Protection Recommendations](/security/account-protection.md) page.

### What to do if the confirmation email or code doesn't arrive

If an email with a registration confirmation, code, or password reset link doesn't arrive:

* check the "Spam" and "Promotions" folders in your mailbox;
* make sure the email address was entered without typos;
* wait a few minutes — email delivery sometimes takes time;
* request the email again.

If the email still doesn't arrive — contact the support chat on the website or on Telegram.

### What to do if you've lost access to your login Email

Email is the only way to log in and recover access to a Trybit account. If access to your mailbox is permanently lost, account access cannot be restored through support — this is a deliberate security-related limitation of the service. We recommend using an email with reliable recovery options in advance (two-factor protection for the mailbox itself, a current backup email).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://support.trybit.com/getting-started/sign-up.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
