# Fees

Trybit fees, individual terms and payment customization options.

Trybit offers flexible commission customization options for all users. You can choose who will pay the service fee and additional fees, which makes working with our payment gateway convenient and transparent.

### Fee payment party

In the settings of the project you have added, you can choose who will pay the service fee and transfer fee.

* Payment by the client: in this case the amount of payment in the invoice will be increased by the fee.&#x20;
* Payment by the merchant: in this case, the fee is deducted from the total invoice amount when funds are credited to the merchant's balance.

<figure><img src="/files/7fwdXMVx3kNkQ9UPdX2b" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Service fees

* Fee for all incoming payments: 1,9%.&#x20;
* Withdrawal fee: 0%, plus blockchain network fee (the amount depends on the selected currency).

{% hint style="info" %}
For large projects, individual conditions are possible in the form of a commission on incoming payments from 0.4%. You can find more information about fees [at the link](https://trybit.com/pricing).
{% endhint %}

### Transfer fee

Transfer fee is a charge levied when paying invoices on the Tron and Ethereum networks. This fee is necessary for Trybit to accumulate all incoming transactions to one main merchant address.

* The transfer fee for the Tron network is 1.4 USD.&#x20;
* For Ethereum the fee is dynamic and depends on the current load on the network.&#x20;
* For payments in BTC, LTC, TRX, TON, BSC, SOL, Arbitrum, Optimism and Base the transfer fee is not charged.

You can choose who will pay the transfer fee whether it is the client or the merchant in the project settings.

* Payment by the client: the transfer fee is added to the invoice amount.&#x20;
* Payment by the merchant: the transfer fee is deducted when the payment is credited to the balance of the merchant's account, in addition to the service fee.

&#x20;Example (payment by the client):

* Invoice for 100 USD in USDT TRC20 network: 101.4 USDT TRC20 must be credited to the wallet address + network fee.&#x20;
* Invoice for 100 USD in USDT TON network: 100 USDT TON must be credited to the wallet address + network fee.

### Network fee

A network fee is a charge levied to validate a transaction on a blockchain. The fee is set by miners or validators, and its amount is usually calculated automatically when the transaction is sent on the sender’s wallet or exchange side. In some cases, services allow you to set the fee manually.&#x20;

Please note that we do not include the network fee in the invoice amount, as we cannot know from which wallet or exchange the invoice will be paid. If your customer does not account for the network fee and a smaller amount than specified is credited to the invoice address, the invoice will be considered partially paid. Details on what to do in such situations can be found [in the section](/payments/partial-payment).&#x20;

When [withdrawing funds](/withdrawals) from the balance, the network fee is also charged, which is paid by the merchant (service user) directly at the moment of withdrawing funds to an external cryptocurrency wallet. The network fee amount will be displayed in the withdrawal window.

# How to Start

Guide to getting started with Trybit: registration, project setup and integration testing.

To start using the Trybit service and accepting cryptocurrency payments, follow a few simple steps:

1. Register in your personal account. Create an account to get access to project and payment management tools. Follow the [link to register](https://app.trybit.com/registration).

2. [Add a project](/getting-started/add-project). After registration, go to your personal account and add a new project. It can be your website, online store, online school or other platform where you want to accept cryptocurrency payments.

3. [Perform the integration](/integration/integration-methods). Choose a convenient way of integration: via API, Host2Host (H2H), HTML widget or a ready-made CMS plugin. Detailed integration instructions are available in the developer documentation.

4. [Test the integration](/integration/testing-integration). After setting up the project and integration, you can create a test invoice and check how the payment process works on your platform. To do this, create an invoice by navigating to payment on your website and test the correctness of the integration.

5. Start accepting payments. Once the integration is set up and tested, make sure that all fields in the project are filled in correctly. Then send a request to disable the test mode — it will take up to 24 hours from the moment of sending. The status of the application can be tracked in your personal account. After approval, you can start accepting cryptocurrency payments on your website or platform.<br>

6. Promote the new payment option. To increase the number of cryptocurrency payments and build customer trust, use branded elements (payment icons and buttons) as well as marketing materials provided by Trybit. The brand guide will help you style all elements consistently and highlight that your business accepts cryptocurrency payments through a reliable partner.

# Adding Project

Learn how to add a project to Trybit correctly.

To connect Trybit after registration you need to add your project by filling out the form in your personal account.

### Project Types

You can choose how you want to accept payments. This determines the number of fields required to be filled in.

* **On your website** — if you want to accept payments on your website or in a Telegram bot. In this case, integration is required.
* **On a donation page** — if you want to accept donations on a dedicated page. In this case, no integration is required.

<figure><img src="/files/V3OQmfSlXyU4o0dp1pZz" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### How do I add a project to accept payments on a website?

In your personal account in the main menu, select the «My Projects» section and click «Add Project».

<figure><img src="/files/9hdrSl0dGXwDOMxLeIA1" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Select the “On your website” project type and carefully fill in all fields, following the prompts.

* Project name. It will be displayed on the payment page, on customer receipts, and in your personal account.

* Type of activity. The most relevant description of your business (online store / online school / service or platform / digital goods / Telegram bot and so on).

* Project description. Please tell us briefly and clearly about your project: specify your product or service, target audience, and sales format.

* Select required currencies. Once you add a project, you will also be able to add new ones and turn off unnecessary ones.

Click the «Next» button. You will proceed to the second step of adding a project.

<figure><img src="/files/Xbj3He7jcaEhRebQdcUu" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* Your website is a link to the website where you want to accept payments. Example: <https://domain.com/.\\>
  \
  If you use a Telegram bot instead of a website, specify its link when adding the project. This is required for verification when submitting a request to exit test mode.\
  &#x20;
* CMS settings. If your website is developed on one of the suggested platforms, select it in the drop-down list and the following boxes will be partially pre-filled. You can find integration instructions for CMS in the [corresponding documentation section](https://docs.trybit.com/cms-plugins/list).\
  &#x20;
* Successful URL is a link to the page the user will be redirected to after successful payment. Example: <https://domain.com/successful-payment.\\>
  &#x20;
* Unsuccessful URL is a link to the page the user will be redirected to after unsuccessful payment. Example: <https://domain.com/failed-payment.\\>
  &#x20;
* Notification URL is a link to a page in your system that will receive notifications. Notifications are used when interacting via API. They allow you to automatically track and transmit transaction statuses to your site (or service). When connecting using modules for CMS, the values required to enter can be found in the [corresponding instructions](https://docs.trybit.com/cms-plugins/list).

After filling in all the boxes, click on the «Add Project» button. When adding a project with a website, the API key and Shop ID for [further integration](/integration) will appear on the project page.&#x20;

After the project has been added, a test mode is automatically set for the project, which allows you to [test the integration](/integration/testing-integration). You can disable the test mode in the list of all projects.&#x20;

The changes that can be made to the settings after adding a project are described [in the section](/getting-started/project-settings).

If necessary, you can disable a project without deleting it.

### How do I add a project to accept donations without a website?

Select the “On a donation page” project type and carefully fill in all fields, following the prompts.

* Project name — will be displayed on the payment page, in payment receipts for your customers, and in your dashboard.<br>
* Type of activity — the most appropriate description of your activity (content creation / streaming / fundraising, etc.).<br>
* Project description — briefly and clearly describe your project: specify the product or service, target audience, and sales format.<br>
* Select the required currencies. After adding the project, you will also be able to add new currencies and disable unnecessary ones.<br>
* Click the “Add project” button.

After the project is added, test mode is enabled automatically, allowing you to [test the service](/integration/testing-integration). You can disable test mode in the list of all projects.

After adding the project, we recommend going to the **“My Projects”** section and opening the settings of the added project in the top-right corner. In the **“Donation Page Builder”** section, you can specify links to your resources / traffic sources — this is required for verification when submitting a request to exit test mode.

Information about which settings can be changed after adding a project is described [in the section](/getting-started/project-settings). If necessary, you can disable a project without deleting it.

# Project Setup

Information editing, choosing currencies, configuring fees and more.

After having [added a project](/getting-started/add-project), you can easily configure its settings at any time. In the settings section, you can edit project information, manage the list of available currencies and set payment processing rules to optimize the process of accepting cryptocurrencies. Project editing is not available after exiting the test mode. To make changes to the project you need to return to the test mode and send a new application to exit the test mode after making changes.

### How to configure the added project?

To do this, go to the «My Projects» section, find the added project and go to the settings in the upper right corner.

<figure><img src="/files/UvdBmT57FvXcwFw9YGXI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

The settings include several sections.

#### Project settings

In this section, you can:

* Change the project name, type of activity, and project description.
* Upload your project logo. Supported formats: PNG, JPEG. Maximum file size: 2 MB, aspect ratio: 3:1. After uploading, we recommend checking how the logo is displayed on the invoice page.

After making changes, do not forget to save them.

### Integration and API

In this section, you can:

* Copy the API key and SHOP ID, and create a secret key for further integration.
* Change the website URL, success and failure URLs, and the notification (callback) URL.
* Change the postback format.

Editing links that lead to your project is only available in test mode. If your project has already been activated, making changes in this section will automatically switch the project back to test mode. In this case, you will need to resubmit a request to exit test mode in order to reactivate payment acceptance.

After making changes, do not forget to save them.

### Project currencies

In this section, you can select the currencies available for payments in your project. To maximize payment conversion for your project, you can enable all available currencies. [The list of supported currencies](/general-information/currencies-networks) is continuously expanding.

After making changes, do not forget to save them.

### Fees

In this section, you can:

* Select which party pays the service fee and the transfer fee.
* Set rules for confirming partially paid invoices.

#### How do I set up fees for a project?

In the project settings, you can select who will pay the service and transfer fees:

* If you set the value «Client», the commission will be added to the invoice amount.&#x20;
* When setting the value «Merchant» the commission will be deducted from the amount credited to your balance.&#x20;

# Integration Methods

Integration with Trybit via API, CMS modules, HTML widget and other tools.

After having registered and [added a project](/getting-started/add-project) in your personal account, you need to choose one of the available integration methods: API, plugins for CMS, universal HTML module or permanent links. For each method of connection a detailed instruction with step-by-step description of actions is provided.&#x20;

You can study the instructions in the [documentation for developers](https://docs.trybit.com/).

### API

Integration via API provides maximum flexibility and automation of payment acceptance. To get started, you need to get an API key in the project settings section of your Trybit personal account. An invoice is created by sending a request using the API key. After successful payment, the service sends a notification to the address specified by you (postback), which allows you to automate the payment processing.&#x20;

Detailed instructions on API connection are [in the section](/integration/api).

### H2H integration (white label)

Host2Host is an API integration option in which the payment page is not used. After an invoice is created, the system sends your server the payment details (wallet address, network, amount, currency). You display them on your side — in the website, application, or terminal interface — without redirecting the user to Trybit.

Payment statuses are delivered via postback notifications, allowing you to fully automate payment processing in your system.

A detailed H2H integration guide is available [in the section](/integration/h2h).

### CMS plugins

Trybit offers ready-made plugins for integration with popular content management systems (CMS), which greatly simplifies the process of connecting payment acceptance on the site. The modules allow you to set up integration in minutes.&#x20;

Instructions on how to work with modules can be found [in the section](/integration/cms-plugins).&#x20;

The list of supported CMS is constantly expanding.

### HTML widget

HTML widget is a simple integration method for accepting crypto payments. It allows you to place a block on your website, with the help of which users can create invoices for payment. The block can be implemented as a form or a button.&#x20;

Detailed instructions on how to connect the HTML widget are [in the section](/integration/html-widget).

### Permanent payment links

Another popular tool among merchants is a permanent payment link, which can be used to accept payments without the need to constantly create accounts.&#x20;

You can place a permanent link on your website, embed it in a button, or send it via messenger. This method is also great for accepting donations.&#x20;

You can learn more about permanent links [in the section](broken://pages/Wrb953fEvuESJW7l9TYe).

# API Integration

Learn how to integrate Trybit via APIs to automate payment processing.

Trybit integration involves your platform interacting with our API to automate transactions.&#x20;

You can read more about API integration [in the section](https://docs.trybit.com/).

Here's how it works:

1. Request authorization:
   * All requests to the API must be authorized using your API keys.
2. Invoice creation:
   * You submit a request to [create an invoice](/payments/automatic-invoice-creation), specifying the required parameters and total amount.
3. Receiving a payment link:
   * The system generates and sends you a unique payment link in response to your request.
4. User payment:
   * A user clicks on the received link and makes the payment.
5. Funds receipt notification:
   * Once funds are received in your account, we send a POSTBACK to the notification URL specified in your [project settings](/getting-started/project-settings).
   * You need to process this notification and, if necessary, take the corresponding action on the side of your platform.
6. Invoice verification:
   * You can independently verify the [invoice status](/payments/invoice-statuses) using its INV number through a corresponding request to the API.

This process provides a secure and efficient interaction between your platform and the Trybit service, allowing you to automate the payment acceptance and account management process.

# H2H Integration (White Label)

Integration of your project with Trybit for payment acceptance without redirects.

**Host2Host (H2H)** is a white-label API integration option without redirection to a payment page. Payment details are transmitted to your system and displayed in your interface, while payment statuses are delivered via API notifications.

**How to enable H2H:**

* Obtain API keys in your project settings.
* Create an invoice via API with the `cryptocurrency` parameter.
* Receive the address, network, and amount and display them to the user.
* Process the payment Postback notification.
* If needed, check the invoice status by INV via API.

Detailed technical descriptions of methods and parameters are available in [the developer documentation](https://docs.trybit.com/api-reference-v2/h2h).

You can enable cryptocurrency payment acceptance with an HTML widget — a ready-made form that can be easily installed on your website by inserting code.

You can configure the HTML widget code in the convenient builder available in your personal account.

Your customers will only need to choose a currency, specify an arbitrary amount and their e-mail. You will see statuses and receive notifications about incoming payments.

You can install the widget in one of two ways:

* [HTML form](https://docs.trybit.com/buttons-forms/html-widget/form);
* [HTML button](https://docs.trybit.com/buttons-forms/html-widget/button).

You can read more about HTML widget [in the section](https://docs.trybit.com/buttons-forms/html-widget).

# Integration Testing

Check whether the Trybit integration is working correctly with your platform.

After you have [added your project](/getting-started/add-project), a test mode is automatically enabled. It is necessary to check the correctness of integration.

The current mode of the project can be tracked in the «My Projects» section.

{% hint style="info" %}
When the test mode is enabled, you can create invoices in any available way and confirm them without making a payment. These invoices will not change your balance.
{% endhint %}

1. To test the integration, you need to create an invoice by going to the checkout on your website or another platform you have integrated with. Creating an invoice manually in the «Payments» section will not test the integration with your platform.

![](https://docs.cryptocloud.plus/~gitbook/image?url=https%3A%2F%2F2473321126-files.gitbook.io%2F%7E%2Ffiles%2Fv0%2Fb%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot.com%2Fo%2Fspaces%252FZfSqUVTfJsB2NyMKnhq9%252Fuploads%252Fk1viGMYAupP3HdlVeRPQ%252Ftest%2520payment%2520en%25201.png%3Falt%3Dmedia%26token%3D6e5067a1-22de-4d14-9afe-ef7da8aa4a88\&width=768\&dpr=2\&quality=100\&sign=fd7b64cf\&sv=1)

2. To confirm the test invoice and send a payment notification, you need to go to the «Payments» section, turn on the «Show test invoices» toggle, find the required invoice and click on it.

<figure><img src="/files/vtkB5HUzGJzTgVy8DBhO" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After opening the page with information about the invoice, you will see the «Confirm invoice without payment» button.

<figure><img src="/files/StZuXXUdJ4pbRehux8Cr" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

3. When you click on this button, we will send a notification of successful payment to the «Notification URL» of your project. After sending, the invoice status in your personal account and on the payment page will automatically change to «Paid». No funds will be credited to the balance.

<figure><img src="/files/XQPNHkgjhaGNV2IJXgdL" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

If, after clicking on the «Confirm invoice without payment» button, the status on the page of the created invoice has not changed, you need to make adjustments to the integration settings. In your personal account, the status of the created invoice will automatically change to «Created». After making changes to the integration settings, you can send the notification again.

To view the notification status, go to the “POSTBACK History” section. Clicking a specific notification opens a window with the request sent and the response received from your server. After exiting test mode, you can resend a notification for an already paid invoice in this section.

After the integration is configured and tested, make sure that all fields in the project are filled in correctly. Then send a request to exit the test mode — it will take up to 24 hours from the moment of sending. You can track the status of the request in your personal account.

When the test mode is turned off, you can create invoices in any available way, but the only way to confirm them will be to pay the invoice fully. The payments of these invoices will be credited to your balance.

If necessary, you can enable test mode at any time. To activate payment acceptance again, you must resubmit a request to exit test mode.

# Invoice Creation Methods

Learn about the different ways to create invoices with Trybit.

An invoice is a payment link, after clicking on which the customer makes a payment. Trybit has several ways to create invoices, depending on your needs.

### API invoicing

Integrating Trybit with your website via [API](/integration/api) or [CMS plugins](/integration/cms-plugins) allows you to automate the process of creating invoices and sending them to your customers. This is a perfect way to automate in your system. You can learn more about creating invoices via API [in the section](/payments/automatic-invoice-creation).

### Receiving invoice details without redirection

With API integration, you can create invoices and receive payment details (address, network, currency, and amount) to display in your interface without redirecting the user to a payment page. Suitable for white-label checkouts, applications, and embedded payment forms.

More details about receiving payment details via API are available [in the section](/payments/h2h).

### Payment links

You can manually create invoices as links in your personal account. Specify the project, amount and currency. Additionally, you can customize invoice lifetime and regular sending. To learn more about creating invoices in your personal account, [see the section](/payments/manual-payment-link).

### Donation page

A standalone payment page with free-amount input. Suitable for collecting donations and flexible payments without your own website. You create a donation project and share a link to your personal payment page.

More details about creating a donation page are available [in the section](/payments/donation-page).

### POS terminal page

A persistent payment page with an amount input keypad and a QR code containing payment details. Designed for offline crypto payment acceptance at points of sale. Convenient for use on a mobile device, tablet, or checkout screen.

You can find more details about the POS terminal [in the section](/payments/pos).

### Static wallets

Static wallets allow you to accept payments to one permanent address, which simplifies the payment process for customers and automates the crediting of funds. You can learn more about static wallets [in the section](/payments/static-wallets).

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have any questions or need help, you can contact our support via chat on the website and in your personal account, as well as reach us on Telegram. Support contacts are listed [on our website](https://trybit.com/support).
{% endhint %}

# Automatic Invoice Creation

Automate invoice creation with Trybit API.

To automatically create invoices, you can use API integration with Trybit. This method allows your system to generate invoices, send them to your customers, and receive notifications about the payment status.

How automatic invoice creation works:

1. API integration. Perform integration using API keys that can be found in your Trybit personal account.&#x20;
2. Invoice creation. With each order, send a request to create an invoice, specifying the required parameters: amount, currency and customer data.&#x20;
3. Payment link reception. In response, the system will respond with a unique payment link, which can be sent to the client manually or automatically.&#x20;
4. Invoice payment. The client follows the link and makes the payment.&#x20;
5. Payment notification. Once the payment is complete, Trybit sends a notification (POSTBACK) to the URL you specified. This allows you to automatically update the order status and perform further actions on your side.&#x20;
6. [Invoice status](/payments/invoice-statuses) check. You can also independently check the status of an invoice using INV number via API.

For more details on setting up automatic invoice generation via API, please refer to the [documentation for developers](https://docs.trybit.com/api-reference-v2/create-invoice).

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have any questions or need help, you can contact our support via chat on the website and in your personal account, as well as reach us on Telegram. Support contacts are listed [on our website](https://trybit.com/support).
{% endhint %}

# Receiving invoice details without redirection

Displaying payment details on your side.

To receive payment details and display them in your interface without redirecting to a payment page, you need to implement API integration.

When creating an invoice via API, specify the user’s payment currency in the `currency` parameter. In response, the system will return the invoice details — wallet address, network, and the exact amount in the selected currency.

**How it works:**

1. **API integration**\
   Connect to the API using the keys from your Trybit dashboard.
2. **Invoice creation**\
   For each order, send a request to create an invoice, specifying the `currency` parameter.
3. **Receiving payment details**\
   The API response returns the wallet address, network, and payment amount. You display this data to the customer in your interface.
4. **Invoice payment**\
   The customer transfers funds using the provided payment details.
5. **Payment notification (Postback)**\
   After funds are received, Trybit sends a POST notification to the specified URL. You process the notification and update the order status in your system.
6. **Invoice status check (optional)**\
   The invoice status can be requested via API using the INV number for reconciliation or rechecks.

More details about Host2Host integration are available [in the section](https://docs.trybit.com/api-reference-v2/h2h).

# Manual Payment Link

Manual creation of payment links in Trybit personal account.

You can easily create invoices in the form of payment links manually. To do this, just go to the «Payments» section in your personal account and in the upper part of the section click the «Create manual invoice» button. On the opened page you will see the settings of the created invoice.

<figure><img src="/files/jZ4y6QiIFV1jGrCjAl0U" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### How to create an invoice manually:

1. Select the project for which you want to create an invoice.&#x20;
2. Specify the payment currency and invoice amount.&#x20;
3. Click the «Create manual invoice» button. After generation, you will receive a payment link that you can send to the client.

When creating an invoice, you can set its due time from 3 to 24 hours. During this time we freeze the exchange rate for payment. In this way, we ensure that the seller receives the right amount for their goods or services, and the buyer will have no problems paying if the exchange rate fluctuates.&#x20;

You can select the available payment methods for a manually created invoice. Your customer will only be able to pay the invoice with the enabled payment methods for that invoice. The settings of payment methods for [automatically created invoices](/payments/automatic-invoice-creation) can be found in the project settings.

{% hint style="info" %}

# Static Wallets

Learn how to accept cryptocurrency payments to one address without creating a new invoice.

### What is a static wallet

A static wallet allows buyers to make payments to the same address without having to create a new invoice and go to the payment page every time.&#x20;

This is a convenient way to accept funds in a specific cryptocurrency with automatic crediting to the seller's balance after deducting all fees.&#x20;

The solution is perfect for projects that require replenishment of the user's account balance, such as iGaming projects.

### How static wallet works

1. The user proceeds to deposit the balance on the merchant's website.&#x20;
2. The user creates their own wallets for different cryptocurrencies and tops up any of them.&#x20;
3. The user transfers the amount by the address of the wallet or by QR code.&#x20;
4. After depositing, any amount in the cryptocurrency assigned to the wallet is credited as a successful deposit to the user's balance.&#x20;
5. The user receives a notification of a successful payment.

### Static wallet advantages

* Convenience for customers. Payment in a particular cryptocurrency is made to one permanent address without going to a payment page.
* Automation of crediting. Funds are automatically credited to the client's balance with the sending of a postback notification.
* Transparency of fees. [All fees](/general-information/fees) (service, transfer) are deducted from the transaction amount automatically.

### Static wallet management

In the settings of your project you can access the «Static wallets» section, which is necessary for manual creation and management of your static wallets. Also, this section will display wallets created via API.

<figure><img src="/files/XTXx7OFEnRTj26z2QHS2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When manually creating a wallet, select a project, currency and specify an identifier. Identifier is a unique number that corresponds to the user for whom the wallet is created within your system. The minimum number of characters to fill in the field is 3, the maximum number is 200

You can learn more about static wallets in the [developer documentation](https://docs.trybit.com/api-reference-v2/static-wallet).

* «Paid» — the invoice has been paid in full by the client.
* «Partial» — the invoice has been partially paid. You can learn what to do in this case by [following the link](/payments/partial-payment).
* «Overpayment» — the invoice has been paid with an amount exceeding what was required. You can find out more [in the section](/payments/overpayment).

# Transaction Processing Time

Trybit cryptocurrency transaction processing speed.

Once a client makes a transaction, the information is instantly sent to the blockchain network. The speed of transaction processing depends directly on the selected cryptocurrency and the network congestion.

It usually takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a few tens of minutes to collect a sufficient number of transaction confirmations in the blockchain and then to credit the recipient's balance.

Average transaction processing time:

* ERC20 / TRC20 / BSC / TON / SOL / BASE / ARB / OP — 30 seconds to 5 minutes;
* BTC — 10 minutes to several hours;
* LTC — 2 to 10 minutes.

You can track the status of the transaction in the blockchain network by going to the account page and clicking on the «Check transaction» button.

If the funds have been sent in full and the transaction is not confirmed before the bill expires, the payment will still be credited after two network confirmations.

# Partial Payment

Instructions on how to work with partially paid invoices in Trybit.

Partial invoice payment usually occurs when the customer does not account for the wallet, exchange, or blockchain network fee, resulting in less funds being received at the specified address than indicated in the invoice. To change the payment status to «Paid», the client needs to make an additional payment. The minimum amount to be paid will be automatically calculated by the system and indicated on the invoice.

<figure><img src="/files/9ic2cY2MBonGg9hYfHuK" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### How to make an additional payment

The customer must make an additional payment, taking into account network and wallet/exchange fees. In case the client's wallet or exchange has a minimum limit for sending, and the additional payment amount is below the limit, the client can send a larger amount. The invoice will still be confirmed.

### Confirmation of partially paid invoice

A merchant can manually confirm a partially paid invoice from a customer. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the «Payments» section of your personal account.
2. In the table of all invoices, use the search or filter «Status» to find the specific invoice you want to confirm, which has been partially paid.
3. Open an invoice by clicking on it and press the confirm button.

<figure><img src="/files/EE9zHKLPG9eLav4vN0UV" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

By confirming the partial payment, you acknowledge that you have received the specified amount. Once confirmed, the status of the invoice will be changed to «Paid». This process allows you the flexibility to manage situations where a customer has failed to pay in full.

### Automatic confirmation setting

In the project settings, you can set the allowable deviation of the received amount (in percent or dollars) at which the invoice will be confirmed automatically.

Example: with a setting of $1, a created invoice for $10 will be successfully paid even if the sent amount is $9.5.

# Withdrawal Request

Making a withdrawal request in Trybit.

One of Trybit advantages is fast withdrawals. Received payments are credited to the account balance immediately after network confirmation and become available for withdrawal without reserves, freezes, or service-side delays. Trybit does not hold funds.

You can withdraw funds in two ways:

* **manually** — by creating a withdrawal request in your dashboard
* **automatically** — by configuring auto-withdrawal to saved addresses

To withdraw funds from Trybit, follow the steps below:

1. In the «Balance» section, go to the «Funds withdrawal» tab.
2. Fill in the application form, selecting the currency and one of the saved wallets. You can also specify a new address that will be saved after submitting the withdrawal request.

<figure><img src="/files/bOhdNMQ7619Jx739Yz9t" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can specify any amount for withdrawal, but the minimum is from $10 in any available currency.&#x20;

Withdrawals are only possible to [saved and confirmed addresses](/withdrawals/withdrawal-wallet).

In most cases, requests are processed within 5 minutes, and in rare cases processing can take up to 1 hour.

It is impossible to receive payments directly to your wallet through Trybit. All funds are first received into the system and then withdrawn to the wallet you specify.

To enable [automatic withdrawals](/withdrawals/auto-withdrawal-rules), you must first add and confirm wallet addresses for the required currencies in the «Saved Addresses» section.

# Automatic Withdrawal Rules

Learn how to set up different rules for automatic withdrawals from your account.

Trybit provides merchants with flexible tools for managing fund withdrawals. Users can set up automatic withdrawals based on a schedule or when a specified balance is reached, reducing manual operations and streamlining financial processes.

To create an automatic withdrawal rule, go to the «Balance» section, then to «Auto Withdrawal Settings».

In this section, you can create a new rule. Currently, there are two types of rules available:

### By Amount

A withdrawal is triggered when the specified balance is reached. The entire available amount in the selected currency is withdrawn.

Example:

You set a rule: withdraw funds when the TRX balance reaches 100 USD.

<div><figure><img src="/files/HHuRhwFGgfT3LyWHTk7i" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/TWdNhcheEN5Ocm5vl3yc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Your balance receives 110 USD in TRX. The system automatically creates a withdrawal request for the full amount: 110 USD in TRX.

### By Schedule

A withdrawal request is generated at a specific time: daily, weekly, or monthly.

<div><figure><img src="/files/1tSaEdGbtPMxNpKoVHSX" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure> <figure><img src="/files/mWIcmyfPohi6ZYpS184U" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Example:

You set a rule: withdraw ETH daily at 18:00.

By 18:00, your balance receives 0.5 ETH. At 18:00, the system automatically creates a withdrawal request for the full available amount: 0.5 ETH.

### Editing Rules

On the right side of the rules table, you’ll find an edit button. You can modify the rule settings, enable/disable, or delete a rule.

<figure><img src="/files/f8lwo4xiy06Wbc179eIY" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Please note:

* Rules can only be created for saved addresses.
* Only one rule can be set per currency.
* Creating and editing rules is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA).

# Mass Payouts via API

Learn how to use the API payouts feature in Trybit.

Trybit provides functionality for creating an API key that you can use to implement API withdrawals, including mass payouts. The key provides security when creating requests and ensures reliable communication between your platform and the Trybit service. It is convenient for regular payments to partners, clients or employees.

To work with mass payments, a separate API key is required. It can be generated in your account settings in the «Security» section. The key is displayed once, so be sure to keep it in a safe place and do not allow its disclosure.

<figure><img src="/files/SkfPkIjcJTqPrIZ0qR7e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Please note:

* A request to create a withdrawal request can be sent no more often than once every 12 seconds.
* Withdrawal via API is possible to any addresses, including those not saved in the system.

You can find the request format, data structure and examples in the [API documentation](https://docs.trybit.com/api-reference-v2/withdrawals).

# Account Protection Tips

Learn how to keep your Trybit account secure.

To further secure your account and avoid third party access, we recommend following a few simple steps.

First, keep in mind that Trybit staff will never ask for your password, two-factor authentication codes, or any other login credentials (other than e-mail). If anyone claiming to be affiliated with Trybit support asks for such information, please contact our support immediately. We will also never ask you to install remote login software or remote support on your devices.

Below are some tips to increase the security of your account and money.

1. Use a complex and unique password. Preferably, the password should not be used elsewhere or shared with other people. It is also advisable to change your password periodically (about every 3 months) and use a completely new password each time.<br>
2. Use password managers. Managing credentials is much easier when using a secure, encrypted password vault such as 1Password or LastPass.<br>
3. Use 2FA (two-factor authentication), one of the most effective ways to protect your account. Read about how to do this [in the section](/security/2fa).<br>
4. Use a reliable antivirus. Security software protects your devices from encryption malware, ransomware, and other types of Internet threats.

# 2FA

Learn how to enable two-factor authentication in Trybit.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an additional layer of security that protects your account from unauthorized access. In addition to entering your password, 2FA requires you to prove your identity with a unique code that is generated on your mobile device. This greatly reduces the likelihood of unauthorized access to your account, even if the password has been stolen.

### Enabling 2FA

To enable two-factor authentication, go to the «Settings» section in your personal account, then to the «Security» section. Then enter the password from your account and click on the «Enable two-factor authentication» button.

<figure><img src="/files/nphPzDSoNI5u5MR4clEi" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

A window with the manual two-factor authentication setup code will open. Store it in a secure place. It may be required if you lose your device or when transferring the authenticator app.

Next, go to the Google Authenticator mobile app. Tap on the «+» on the right corner of your mobile screen and select the option to scan the QR code. Scan the QR code.

A 6-digit code that refreshes continuously will appear in the authenticator app. Enter the displayed 6 digits to confirm successful setup.

Two-factor authentication has been successfully connected. You will be required to enter a six-digit code that is generated in the Google Authenticator app to log into your account.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you use any other application for two-factor authentication, an error may occur when you enter the code. To solve the problem, enable time synchronization with Google. This feature is usually available in the settings of 2FA applications.
{% endhint %}

### I cannot access my device with two-factor authentication

If you have two-factor authentication connected to your account and you can't log in, contact our technical support. We will try to solve your problem.

{% hint style="info" %}
If you have any questions or need help, you can contact our support via chat on the website and in your personal account, as well as reach us on Telegram. Support contacts are listed [on our website](https://trybit.com/support).
{% endhint %}

# Staff Access

Adding users and setting up restricted access to personal account sections in Trybit.

You can share certain sections of your account with other users.

### Setting up limited access to the account

To give access to another user, go to the «Users» section in your personal account settings.

<figure><img src="/files/Z6JP7fhM3t2NAOaNFlFf" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

To add a new user, specify their e-mail address and select the required role. A password for authorization in the account will be sent to the specified e-mail.

To correctly add a user to your account, they must not be registered in the Trybit service. If the user's email is already in use, you will receive an error when adding.

Regardless of the role, you can open or close access to any of the sections of your personal account. Also after inviting a user you can change the list of sections available to them.

# Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about paying with cryptocurrency through Trybit. If you can't find what you need, contact support.

<details open>

<summary><strong>I sent the payment but didn't include the MEMO / Comment. What should I do?</strong></summary>

If the payment required a MEMO / Comment and you didn't include it, the funds may not be credited automatically. Contact support and provide:

* the invoice number (INV);
* the transaction TXID;
* the sender address.

Once reviewed, support will let you know whether the payment can be processed.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I sent the payment in the wrong currency or network. What should I do?</strong></summary>

If the currency or network of the payment differs from the one selected on the payment page, the funds are not credited automatically. Contact support and provide:

* the invoice number (INV);
* the transaction TXID;
* the address the funds were sent to.

Once reviewed, support will determine whether the payment can be credited or a refund is required under the applicable policy.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>What is the invoice number (INV) and where can I find it?</strong></summary>

INV is your payment invoice number in Trybit. It is shown on the payment page next to the transfer details. Always include the INV when contacting support — it helps us locate your payment faster.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>What is a TXID (transaction hash) and where can I find it?</strong></summary>

TXID is the unique identifier of a transaction on the blockchain. You can find it in the transaction history of your wallet or exchange. Using the TXID, support can check the payment status: network, amount, and number of confirmations.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I paid but didn't receive the goods or service. What should I do?</strong></summary>

Goods and services are delivered by the seller. If you didn't receive your order after paying, contact the seller's support and provide the order number or the invoice link.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>My invoice is partially paid. What should I do?</strong></summary>

To complete the payment, send the remaining amount to the same address, in the same currency and network as the first payment. If topping up isn't possible, contact the seller's support and ask whether the amount actually received can be credited.

Please note: partially paid invoices are not refundable by Trybit. For a refund or crediting of received funds, contact the seller.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>I paid more than required. What should I do?</strong></summary>

If the payment amount is greater than the invoice amount, the payment is marked as an overpayment. Trybit credits such a payment in full, but the overpayment may not appear automatically in the seller's system, since the invoice was created for a smaller amount. Contact the seller's support, provide the order number or the invoice link, and let them know you sent more than the amount stated.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Can I change the currency or network on an invoice that's already been created?</strong></summary>

No. The currency and network are selected when the invoice is created and cannot be changed. To pay in a different currency or network, create a new invoice. If you have already sent funds against the old invoice, contact support to have the payment checked.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>The invoice expired, but I've already sent the payment. What should I do?</strong></summary>

If you sent the transaction but the invoice expired before the network confirmed it, the payment is reviewed manually. Contact support and provide:

* the invoice number (INV);
* the transaction TXID;
* the address the funds were sent to.

Once reviewed, support will advise on the next steps.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Can I get a refund?</strong></summary>

Trybit does not refund funds on paid or partially paid invoices. A refund can only be considered if the payment was sent in the wrong currency or network, or without the required MEMO / Comment. The final decision depends on the network, currency, amount, and the technical feasibility of processing the payment.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>When is a refund possible?</strong></summary>

A refund is considered when a payment cannot be credited — for example, when it was sent in the wrong currency or network, or without the required MEMO / Comment. Conditions:

* minimum amount — from $10 equivalent;
* to process the refund, you'll need to top up the network fee in the native currency (the amount depends on the network and is confirmed by a support agent);
* processing time — up to 7 business days.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>When is a refund not possible?</strong></summary>

* Refunds are not issued on fully or partially paid invoices.
* Trybit does not refund overpayments on paid invoices — they are credited to the seller. To recover an overpayment, contact the seller; the refund is handled according to their policy.

</details>

<details>

<summary><strong>Do you accept fiat payments?</strong></summary>

No. Trybit works with cryptocurrency only. Payment is available in the currencies and networks shown on the payment page; bank cards and fiat transfers are not accepted.

# Payment

Trybit invoice payment guide.

# Payment Instruction

### How do I pay the invoice?&#x20;

To pay your invoice, you need to send the exact amount of cryptocurrency to the given address using the specified network. Below is a simple guide to assist you in the payment process.

### 1. Place an order

Place an order on the website and proceed to pay for it. In the payment methods, select «Trybit». You will be redirected to the created invoice page.

### 2. Select a cryptocurrency for payment

From the list of supported ones, select the cryptocurrency and network you want to use for payment. Also provide an e-mail address to receive payment notification.

<figure><img src="/files/6oYpN1bmEFrnY9h6XSZv" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Make sure that your cryptocurrency wallet has a sufficient amount of money to make the payment. Remember that sending funds in cryptocurrency involves charging a network fee. Next, click the «Proceed to payment» button.&#x20;

## 3. Getting the payment address

The next step of the payment process will display a unique payment address for making the transaction, along with a QR code.

<figure><img src="/files/RVfRpSTocSqQzWpnZnSP" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Copy the payment address or scan the QR code using the mobile app of your crypto wallet or exchange. Make sure to be accurate, as sending cryptocurrency to the wrong address can result in loss of funds.&#x20;

### 4. Making a payment from your wallet

Open your cryptocurrency wallet from which you are going to send the payment. In the «Send» or «Withdraw» section, select the appropriate cryptocurrency and network.&#x20;

Enter the copied address (or scan the QR code) of your wallet. Enter the exact amount of cryptocurrency required for the transaction.

<figure><img src="/files/WQWGubm6fjgvpNFpgh2u" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

Be aware of transaction fees charged by your wallet or blockchain network, which may need to be added to the total amount sent. When sending funds, it is important to verify that the Trybit gets the correct amount after deducting all fees.&#x20;

Most providers add the fees to the required amount, but there are wallets and exchanges that deduct the fee from the total amount sent.&#x20;

If you send the wrong amount, the system will detect your payment and calculate the minimum amount to be paid.&#x20;

### 5. Payment confirmation and sending&#x20;

An invoice is valid for a limited amount of time. For your convenience, you will see a countdown timer on the payment page.&#x20;

If you have sent funds and the invoice has expired, it will confirm as soon as the funds are received. In case your invoice is expiring and you have not yet paid, we advise you to create or request a new invoice for payment.&#x20;

Double-check the address and amount before confirming the transaction. Remember that transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Next, follow your wallet's procedure to authorize and submit the transaction. This may include two-factor authentication or other security measures.&#x20;

### 6. Waiting for confirmation from the blockchain

Once confirmed, the transaction data will be sent to the blockchain. Once the payment service identifies your transaction, the status on the screen will change. The speed of transaction confirmation depends on the selected cryptocurrency and the workload of the Blockchain network. It usually takes between 30 seconds and 10 minutes to confirm a transaction. Bitcoin payments can take up to 1 hour or more.&#x20;

You can use a Blockchain Explorer to monitor the transaction, such as [Blockchair](https://blockchair.com/) or [Tronscan](https://tronscan.org/). You will need a transaction ID, which is usually provided by the wallet after the payment is sent.&#x20;

### 7. Finalizing the order

Once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment service, you will receive a notification of successful payment. At this point, the status of your order will change to «Paid».

Additionally, after the transaction is confirmed, the system will send the seller a notification of the successful payment of your invoice.

#### Recommendations&#x20;

* If you have any questions during or after the payment process, you can contact our specialists or the payment service support.
* Keep the transaction ID and any other information about your payment for future reference.
* Always make sure that you send the payment to the correct address, properly selecting the currency and network.

# Payment Wallet

### What wallet or exchange account can I pay my invoice with?

You can send cryptocurrency from any wallet or exchange.&#x20;

Different wallets and exchanges have different minimum sending amounts and charge different transaction fees.

&#x20;When sending funds you need to take into account the commission that the wallet or exchange will deduct, as well as the fee of the blockchain network. The exact amount of cryptocurrency specified in the invoice must reach our service.&#x20;

For fast and accurate payment, we recommend using Trust Wallet or other non-custodial wallets.

# Selecting Network

### Which network to use for sending funds?

When you proceed to invoice payment, you need to select the currency and network to send the funds. Once selected, send funds exactly in the selected currency and network.&#x20;

At the moment Trybit supports the following cryptocurrencies and stablecoins:

<table><thead><tr><th width="122">Currency</th><th>Available networks</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>BTC</td><td>Bitcoin</td></tr><tr><td>LTC</td><td>Litecoin</td></tr><tr><td>ETH</td><td>Ethereum (ERC20), Arbitrum, Optimism, Base</td></tr><tr><td>TRX</td><td>Tron (TRC20)</td></tr><tr><td>TON</td><td>The Open Network (TON)</td></tr><tr><td>BNB</td><td>BNB Smart Chain (BSC)</td></tr><tr><td>SOL</td><td>Solana</td></tr><tr><td>USDT</td><td>Tron (TRC20), BNB Smart Chain (BSC), The Open Network (TON), Ethereum (ERC20), Atbitrum (ERC20), Optimism (ERC20) and Solana</td></tr><tr><td>USDC</td><td>BNB Smart Chain (BSC), Ethereum (ERC20), Base (ERC20), Arbitrum (ERC20), Optimism (ERC20) and Solana</td></tr><tr><td>DAI</td><td><p>BNB Smart Chain (BSC)</p><p>Ethereum (ERC20)</p><p>Base (ERC20)</p><p>Arbitrum (ERC20)</p><p>Optimism (ERC20)</p></td></tr><tr><td>PYUSD</td><td><p>Ethereum (ERC20)</p><p>Solana</p></td></tr><tr><td>USDD</td><td>Tron (TRC20)</td></tr><tr><td>XAUT</td><td><p>Ethereum (ERC20)</p><p>The Open Network (TON)</p></td></tr><tr><td>ARB</td><td>Arbitrum (ERC20)</td></tr><tr><td>OP</td><td>Optimism (ERC20)</td></tr><tr><td>SHIB</td><td>Ethereum (ERC20)</td></tr><tr><td>PEPE</td><td><p>Ethereum (ERC20)</p><p>BNB Smart Chain (BSC)</p></td></tr><tr><td>TRUMP</td><td>Solana</td></tr></tbody></table>

Available networks for transactions depend on the selected currency. It is important to note that our service currently supports only some L2 networks of the Ethereum blockchain, such as Base, Arbitrum and Optimism.

# Payment Amount

### How much money do I need to send?

The invoice shows the total amount of cryptocurrency that should be transferred to the wallet of our service, excluding the commission of your wallet or exchange.

<figure><img src="/files/RVfRpSTocSqQzWpnZnSP" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

When sending funds, you need to make sure that the Trybit receives the correct amount after deducting the fee of the wallet or exchange you are sending funds from, as well as the blockchain network fee.&#x20;

Most providers include the commission to the required sending amount, but there are wallets and exchanges that deduct the commission amount from the total sending amount.&#x20;

For example:&#x20;

When sending funds from Binance, you specify an amount of 100 USDT. Binance will deduct a commission of 1 USDT and only 99 USDT will reach the service. In this case, you need to send 101 USDT so that the correct amount reaches the service after deducting the commission.&#x20;

When sending funds from Trust Wallet you specify the amount of 0.001 BTC. Trust Wallet will add 0.000033 BTC commission to your amount. The total amount sent will be 0.001033 BTC, and 0.001 BTC will reach the service.&#x20;

If you send an incorrect amount, the system will detect your payment and calculate the minimum amount to be paid.

1. INV number. It consists of 8 characters, it is indicated in the invoice and payment letter in the mail;
