# Statistics and Export

Statistics and data export in your personal dashboard.

### Statistics on the home page

Your dashboard's home page gathers the key metrics: balance, the number of invoices created, paid, and partially paid, as well as the "Invoice Analytics" chart — you can toggle the display by amount or by count and choose a period (yesterday, today, this month, 7, 30, or 90 days).

### Statistics in the "Payments" section

The "Payments" section shows more detailed invoice metrics: the total amount of invoices created, paid, and partially paid, as well as the payment conversion rate (% paid out of those created).

Below that is the "Invoice History" table. It can be filtered:

* by project, currency, and invoice status;
* by date range;
* by searching for an invoice number;
* via the "Live / Test" mode — you can include or hide test invoices in the list.

### Configuring table columns

The "Settings" button next to the table lets you choose which columns to display and reorder them by dragging. Available columns: type, status, currency, invoice amount, invoice amount in USD, amount received, transfer fee, service fee, amount credited, amount credited in USD, TXID, invoice number, project, date.

### Data export

The "Export" button generates a transaction-history export based on all filters currently applied to the table (by project, currency, status, period, etc.) and sends it to the email address linked to your account.

Not sure where to start? Use the knowledge base search (🔍the search icon in the page header) — it's often faster than browsing manually, especially given the volume of material.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://support.trybit.com/payments/statistics-export.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
