# Не могу доплатить

### Я отправил неверную сумму и не могу доплатить

В данной ситуации вам необходимо связаться с продавцом, объяснить причину, по которой вы не можете доплатить, и согласовать новую сумму счета.

Также для подтверждения вам необходимо предоставить продавцу:

1. INV номер счета — состоит из 8 символов, указан в счете и письме о платеже на почте;
2. txID вашей транзакции — указан в кошельке или бирже, откуда был произведен перевод.

После этого продавец сможет обратиться в техническую поддержку сервиса и подтвердить данный счет без доплаты с вашей стороны.

Обращаем ваше внимание, что Trybit не может подтвердить частично оплаченный счет без согласования с продавцом.
