# Что делать, если счет не подтвердился?

Если оплата, совершенная вашим клиентом через сервис Trybit, не зачислилась на ваш баланс, запросите у клиента следующую информацию:

* INV-номер счета — его можно найти в самом счете и в письме о платеже на электронной почте.
* txID транзакции — отображается в кошельке или на бирже, с которой был произведен перевод.

После получения этих данных обратитесь в нашу техническую поддержку. Мы выясним причину неуспешной транзакции и поможем решить проблему.
